Robert A. Heap, a former DuPage County felony prosecutor with over 20 years experience defending criminal cases, including traffic violations, juvenile offenses, misdemeanors and felonies.  He served as a DuPage County Board member for sixteen years and is highly respected in the legal community.

Scott A. Kent, is a former felony prosecutor and 13-year veteran of the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he handled thousands of cases including traffic, DUI, juvenile, misdemeanor and felony crimes.  He has experience in all aspects of criminal law and has tried hundreds of trials before judges and juries.  He spent over two years assigned to the Narcotics Unit, handling possession and delivery charges, and tried several high- profile cases for such serious offenses as reckless homicide and first degree murder.
